By adhering to the innovative 3T+ concept, international professional team and rigorous technical standards created by the headquarters, SED’s Western Regional Company has become a regional management organization, realizing the Three-Level Management System that refers to strategic head office, professional regions and united management. Both Chengdu branch office and Xinjiang subsidiary office are under the regional company. Its business covers in more than 10 cities in the southwest and northwest of China, such as Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Guiyang, Xi’an, Lanzhou and Urumqi etc.

SED’s Xinjiang office was established in 2012. As SED’s strategic subsidiary office in the western region, Xinjiang office has its own featured operation as well: 

1.Branch Office as Leader, Headquarters as Supporter

Xinjiang office will take the lead to communicate with the clients, and it will be the headquarters that helps to provide technical support, even send senior technical staff or design director to Xinjiang for assistance. 

2.Education Popularization

In order to offer study opportunities for the students in northwest of China who are interested in landscape design, SED organized a series of lectures on “Landscape Design in Campus” in some local colleges and universities. Mr. Huang Jianfeng, General Manager and Principal Design Director of SED, gave the lectures himself and devoted into the popularization of landscape concept.

3.Set up Channel or Personnel Cultivation

Xinjiang branch office has set up a channel with the relevant majors in Xinjiang’s universities for personnel cultivation. Some qualified students could enter SED for internship and the potential ones could be even further trained in Shenzhen headquarters after graduation.
