SED wins three Awards in Kinpan Week

2017 China Kinpan Week (2017 China Real Estate Development Summit & The 12th Kinpan Awards Presentation Ceremony) had its grand opening in Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Exhibition Hall On December 21st, 2017. Thousands of representatives from real estate developers, design companies and material suppliers joined the “Olympic Games” in property industry. 

SED won three trophies in the event and gained pleasant honor in the holiday season. The awarded projects are: the Best Commercial Property of the Year (Shenzhen China Resources • Dachong Business Center), the Best Office Building of the Year (Dowell • Sichuan Airlines Plaza) and the Best Presale Residential Building (Taiyuan Vanke • The Paradiso).
