Collision of Botanical Philosophies

The plants have greatly enriched and beautified the environment by its elegant postures, bright colors and blooming vitality.  They have also silently contributed to oxygen production, dust filtration, sunshade, wind shielding, sterilization, noise proof, temperature and humidity adjustment. During the process of design, SED gradually finds the philosophy of botany. The plants include arbor, shrub, flower, turf, and cirrus, etc. Each plant in landscape design plays a different role, and the philosophies they represent are also different. The arbor is the main part of botanical landscape, mainly for sunshade and viewing. The shrub is to enrich and connect the layers, and serves as the important coordinating factor in landscape. Flowers are used to add colors and activity to landscape. The grassland is the background and connects all the factors. In China, a country with vast territory and abundant resources, the botanical philosophy of each area is different.
